Jaime Johal shares his secrets on staying trim!

So a lot of you have been asking about weight loss so this blog is catered towards fat loss whilst toning up that physique of yours!


As i’ve said before its all about your metabolism and hyping it up as much as possible so i’m going to share with you some tips i’ve picked up over the years. Simple things like doing your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach hits the fat spots straight away as your body has been starved over night. Raise the metabolism with a black coffee and for an extra kick a good supplement like NRGFUEL’s thermogenic formula ‘THERMOFUEL’, these both will raise the bodies core temperature and kick start your metabolism ready to burn fat! There’s no excuses here guys if your at work early get up earlier and go for a 30 minute bike ride or jog. Even walking the dog for 40 minutes at a good pace will hit the spot. Many people use cardio as a warm up to weights but it should be the opposite. A monster super set I use for chest that kills everytime is this:
Flat bench dumbell press 10 reps staright into flat bench dumbell flys for 10 reps and finished off going straight for 10 press ups. 30 reps in total done as quick as you can with no rest but keep form good throughout the exercises. Repeat for 3-4 sets and experiment with the weight as you want it to be so your really struggling to push out 10 press ups!!! No pain no gain!!!
